New look, new website, new approach
Today marks the launch of our new website and we’ve jumped on this opportunity to freshen up our style, as well. This is just a first step for us, and there will be many more updates to come. Read on to discover what’s changed and what’s coming up in the next exciting couple of months.
Dynamic website chock-full of resources
You’ll notice quite a few changes on the new website; new brand names, a new product, and more resources to better inform you. In the past, we focused on our flagship product, ColorBlast, and now we’ve paid extra attention to bring our other products to the same level. For each product we’ve included:
- New and up-to-date power information
- Better color visuals
- A spec sheet
- A sizing table

Upcoming website additions
Over the next few weeks we’re adding a bunch of extra content on the website, including:
- New sample webshop
- FAQs
- Datasheet templates for each color technology
- New projects
You may notice that our sample shop is currently offline. We realized our old shop was a bit user-unfriendly, to say the least, and also included only a limited stock of samples to choose from. Within the next few weeks, we’ll be launching a new and vastly improved webshop with a wide range of samples to choose from! In the meantime, get in touch with us directly to order your samples today.
New style?
Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) is now more mature and colored PV technologies are becoming more popular, too, and all this time we’ve been learning, testing and developing ourselves to best suit and serve this rapidly evolving industry.
Our new style represents the growth we’ve made as a company. When we founded Kameleon Solar, our goal was to manufacture beautiful solar solutions to blend in with their surroundings through mass-customization. We never really expected to become an expert in colored facade solutions.
What better way to show the world our growth than to imbue it into our branding? Our new style embodies aesthetics, color, nature and technology in a more mature, sleek package. Take a look at our website!

Upcoming innovation – Prismatic
We’re very excited to announce Prismatic, our next color technology that is going to absolutely blow you away. Prismatic is nearing the end of its development and we hope to launch it in the Fall of this year. We don’t want to give too much away at this point, but we can say this: where most of our color technologies have a limit to the brightness or number of colors we can create, with Prismatic almost anything is possible. Are you thinking Neon Pink? Why not Canary Yellow, Hot Rod Red, or Lime Green?

New strategy
As you can tell, we’ve been busy bees. All of these changes, and more, are just the first steps in our ambitious plans for the coming years.
