Kameleon Solar expands global presence with strategic licensing partnership in India and MENA region
We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a long-term licensing agreement with Nithin Sai Renewables Pvt. Ltd. (NSRPL), a renewable energy leader based in Bangalore, India. The partnership enables NSRPL to manufacture and commercialize Kameleon Solar’s proprietary ColorBlast™ Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) technology across India, the United Arab Emirates, and the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
Operating under the new regional brand ‘Navgrun – Powered by Kameleon Solar’, the collaboration positions both companies at the forefront of design-integrated solar architecture in rapidly growing markets.

Licensing our ColorBlast™ technology allows us to generate additional income abroad, strengthening our R&D and operations here in Roosendaal. The collaboration is backed by NSRPL’s upcoming state-of-the-art, fully automated manufacturing facility near Devanahalli International Airport in Bangalore. The plant will have an initial capacity of 500 MW, with plans to scale up to 2 GW in a second phase. With the ability to produce over 2,000 modules per day, the plant features advanced automation, flexible module sizing, and future-proof design.
