Visual design
We work closely with you to translate your aesthetic vision into a custom solar project. Whether you're focused on color, reflectivity, or graphic design, we have the tools to make it happen. Using our Color Matching Set, a comprehensive color database covering a wide range of color technologies, and our advanced image translation software, we can match specific color codes, replicate the color of other building materials, and create a realistic preview of your design. This ensures that your solar panels not only perform well but also perfectly align with your visual goals.

Technical design
The visual design stage runs parallel to the technical design, where we focus on the physical aspects of your custom solar module. Using our design portal, you can create your module and instantly see how your design choices affect its power output. If you have specific surfaces you want to fit with custom solar panels, you can send us your drawings, and we’ll suggest the optimal configuration. This stage ensures that your solar panels are not only visually appealing but also technically optimized for performance and fit.

Proof of concept
After completing the Visual and Technical Design phases, we strongly recommend moving forward with samples and/or prototypes. Samples are small-scale models that showcase the chosen color, design, and materials, giving you a realistic impression of the final result. In some cases, a full prototype is also advised, especially when it’s important to experience the complete build-up of the solar surface, including the mounting method. This stage ensures that every aspect of your project meets your expectations before full-scale production begins.
Detailing
In the detailing phase, we finalize all the details necessary for production. After approving samples or prototypes, we define the final sizing for your project and coordinate with third-party experts to determine the exact mounting method or solution. During this stage, we also complete any other preparations, such as custom quality or safety tests, and provide the required certificates and guarantees. Our focus is on ensuring everything is perfectly aligned for a seamless transition to production, with all aspects of the project carefully prepared.
Production
After final detailing is complete, we move into production, where your custom solar modules are manufactured at our factory in Roosendaal. Our production process adheres to the highest quality standards, ensuring that each module meets the precise specifications and durability required for your project. This stage brings your design to life with meticulous attention to detail and superior craftsmanship.
Mounting & Installation
At Kameleon Solar, we specialize in delivering comprehensive solar facade solutions, from design to production.
