We are an ambitious and innovative company and strive daily to maintain our position as the expert in colored solar technologies, world-wide. We are a young, diverse and multi-lingual team now looking to welcome new colleagues.
Following our recent re-branding, we are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and resilient candidate for our (Junior) Digital Content Editor position to champion our new marketing and communication strategies.
For experienced candidates, this role offers great freedom when it comes to decisions surrounding strategy, content, and style. This dynamic position requires you to be able to switch from bigger-picture strategizing to hands-on, practical activities. This important function is ideal for candidates who want to take on a greater responsibility and have a direct impact on the development of our company.
Candidates with little experience but a great deal of talent have the rare chance to jump-start their careers with a position that allows for rapid growth, a great deal of freedom and plenty of opportunities to prove your talent and to ramp up your experience.
Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn technical product information, and a sense of personal pride in the quality of your work are a must for this position.
The digital content editor is the primary contact for internal and external communications. This position serves, in many ways, as the face and voice of our company.
The following tools/software are currently used for marketing activities.
We strive to review and respond to all applications within 10 business days. Following a positive response, we will plan in a first interview within the next two weeks.
The first interview is aimed at getting to know one another to judge whether we make a good fit. We’ll speak a little in both Dutch and English, go through your CV and motivation letter and ask you some questions about yourself, your experiences and maybe about your opinion on some of our own matters. Within 5 business days, we’ll let you know whether you’ve been selected for a second interview, or not.
In the second interview, you will be asked to make a short (no more than 10 minutes) presentation to showcase your portfolio. We are more interested in what work you’ve completed and how you completed it rather than for whom: personal, student, or community-based projects can be just as valuable as career-driven projects. We are trying to get a feel for your style of content creation and management. After your presentation, we’ll follow up with some questions that are stumping us in the marketing department, and some more about yourself.
We’ll end the interview with a tour of our company and the chance for you to ask some more questions, as well. You’ll likely hear back from us within 5 business days after this interview.
At this stage, we’re fully intending to hire you but may be doubting between you and another candidate or have some small details to flesh out with you.
If you have any questions about this process you can get in touch via email@example.com.
